“ Nestled in a serious truck stop. You can get Pop's barbecue in the restaurant or at the counter. Service at the grab-and-go counter was fantastic. Brisket sandwiches are made on the spot instead of sitting on display. Thick slices of brisket, with the sauce of your choice, and the coleslaw in the sandwich or in the side. Grab napkins. It's messy but good. ”

The cook, the wait staff, the owner, and even the pigs that lost their life deserve credit here! With the slightest twist, each bone fell right off the meat and smoked to perfection The buffet also has such a great selection, but if you like catfish, this place is it 100%!
